Zune Originals Order Status

I guess all that fighting over the phone with the Zune call center and emails to Microsoft paid off; in some way!

Too bad i still don’t have my Zune which i ordered back on Jan, 15th, 2008.

Well, it’s my birthday this upcoming Feb. 16th… it will be a nice birthday after all… With my refund i might just go out and by an iTouch… lol… NOT!!!

  1. Am so upset; I paid for the expensive express delivery over a week ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. Am angry as I know that if I had ordered an ipod I wouldn't have had this problem. ( I leave campus tomorrow without my 120gb Zune! This is the slowest & most inefficient system; – they really need to fix that if they want to compete with Apple.I sent an email which customers service did not even respond to within the said 24hrs!Finally managed to get through the call center;- and they told me to check my order in 24hours which will be beyond the -7 days shipping promised by express delivery(For goodness sake my whole order came to almost $300..I dont need any more regrets!. Am so upset and want to get my money back or a refund !!
